Goldmine Aroma is a family owned food business founded in 2020 from our family’s love of food, culture, and bringing people together.

At the heart of Goldmine Aroma is our mom, a chef with more than 20 years of experience and a deep passion for creating flavorful food. After moving to the United States, she continued that passion as a head chef in Houston, Texas, before eventually deciding to build something of her own.

That passion became Goldmine Aroma, a brand inspired by the richness of African food while bringing a modern and convenient twist to traditional favorites.

As her children became more involved in the business, we began thinking about how we could make some of the foods we grew up loving easier for others to prepare at home. That’s how our Puff Puff Mix was created.

Each batch is carefully mixed and measured to take the guesswork out of making puff puff while preserving the delicious taste that reminds us of home.

For our family, Goldmine Aroma is about more than food. It’s about sharing a piece of our culture, our family, and our mother’s passion with yours.
